Custom Gift Process

  • Order Submission

    If you are in need of gifts but are unsure where to start let us know by filling out the details in the form. From there, we will reach out to schedule a consultation with you to get a better understanding of your gifting needs.

    However, if you know exactly what you need let us know by filling out all of the details in the form and we will take it from there.

  • Order Review & Finalization

    We will review your order request and reach out to you to clarify and finalize any additional details needed to proceed with your order. In addition, we will provide pricing details and begin the design process with a deposit credited towards your final invoice.

  • Gift Curation & Personalization

    Once the details are finalized and approved, you will receive an invoice and we will begin the curation and personalization process.

  • Quality Control & Fulfillment

    Attention to detail is very important to us. So, before the items are delivered, we will review everything. Our goal is to ensure that the gift reaches their recipient on time and in perfect condition. After delivery, we will follow up to confirm delivery and gather feedback to ensure satisfaction.
